Pregnant and belly button itches and hurts...?

Hi I am almost 11 weeks pregnant with my first child and was wondering why my belly button is itchy and hurts. It feels like he pain and itchiness is on the inside of the skin behind my belly button rather than around the outside of the skin. Any ideas on whats going on? I did some research but all I found was information about umbilical hernias, I don't think that's what this is.
