In need of an easy skin fix?

My face has been so oily lately and it's just not smooth and it's pretty uneven colored. I wash my face about 2 times a day but it never looks any better. It's probably gotten about 2 shades darker in the past days because it's been warmer and I tan really easily, but I always wear sun protection. Do you have any tips on what to do for my face?
