Has anyone tried the master cleanse diet here in the philippines?

to those who has tried the master cleanse where did you buy the sea salt,organic lemons,unfiltered water,maple syrup and seasalt,smooth move laxative and herbal decaf tea?how would it cost me if im going to do a 10 -14 cleanse?thanks.tell me about the procedure too.and also how much quantity of each should i buy that would be good for 10-14 day cleanse?did you excercise while on the cleanse?share youre experices.thanks.and how much weight did you lose?did your skin clear up?
