Why dont the Puerto Ricans just admit they are Black?

You PR people live in the slums, you have kinky hair, you have dark skin, you have drug problems, you have welfare problems, you have income problems and your most famous neighborhood is Harlem. Aside from speaking Spanish, your the exact same people as the Blacks.
