Could someone make a skincare routine for me?

Ok Im 14, with sensitive skin.I live in alaska so the cold aparently can make you break out easily. The products I have are The AcneFree clear skin system, my parents have olay face wash system, noxzema, and clearasil daily face wash. I don't know what products to use and I dont know what I should do for my routine. Please help
