Should i go and meet the doctor again?

The day before yesterday i met an accident in which my left hand got injured i mean the skin has got off from that particular area. Last time when i went to the doctor they cleaned it using H2O2 which pained a lot and called me after 3 days again. This time i am afraid because still i remember that pain.
