Weird rash on my neck chest and shoulders?

I got this rash on my neck and a few days later I noticed it was also on my chest and shoulders. It doesn’t hurt and it’s not itchy, it’s just a red rash and it kind of looks like popped zits. I suffer from sensitive skin, but the rash seems totally unprovoked
