Should my bf care when other guys flirt with me?

These two other guys flirt with me...and it's SO annoying. I want them to stop, and my boyfriend says he cares, but he doesn't. He told me he did care. Then I told him a friend of mine a few months ago heard him say he didn't care. He said "Oh" and I don't wanna talk to him right now even if he texted me like 3 times...I'm not as mad at him for not caring as I am for him lying to me. One of the guys keeps trying to hug me even if I don't want him to. The other keeps asking people for my number and wants to ask me out even after I told him I have a boyfriend.
