I want to get a husky but i know they have a high prey drive but i was wondering...?

I want to get a husky but i know they have a high prey drive. I have 2 cats and their my babies and i don't want anything to happen to them. I was wondering if i got a husky as a puppy and he was around cats and kids and other animals and he had proper training and love and proper care could i help tame him from his high prey drive?
